Marshmallow chocolate pops step by step

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and keep aside to be used later.
  2. Arrange 3-4 marshmallows on a skewer,pushing them up against each other to avoid gaps..
  3. Ready all the sticks same way and keep aside..
  4. Take a microwave safe bowl add dark chopped chocolate in a bowl..
  5. Turn your microwave setting to lowest temperature(in my 100*c is the lowest temperature.Set temperature accordingly).
  6. Add 200 gm chopped dark chocolate in the microwave safe bowl(I prefer to use glass bowl in microwave)..
  7. Place bowl inside the microwave and heat chocolate for 30 seconds..
  8. Check the chocolate, give it a stir and then microwaved again for 10 seconds more..
  9. Stirred and then microwaved chocolate for another 10 seconds..
  10. Once the chocolate is almost completely melted take it out from the microwave and give a final stir..
  11. Work with one pop at a time while coating with chocolate..
  12. With the help of spoon cover the marshmallows, twisting to coat marshmallow pops evenly..
  13. For adding sprinkles to pops we have to sprinkle them on pops immediately after coating with chocolate.(I coated only 2 pops with sprinkles).
  14. Place chocolate coated and sprinkle coated pops on a lined baking tray,allow the chocolate to harden up before moving on to the next step..
  15. Place the baking tray in a fridge for 30 minutes..
  16. After 30 minutes or until dark chocolate has completely cooled down take the tray out of fridge and keep aside..
  17. Now it's time to melt white chocolate..
  18. Add 50 gm chopped white chocolate in a clean microwave safe bowl..
  19. Start the same way as we did for dark chocolate.Set temperature to 100*c and microwave chocolate for 10 seconds..
  20. Stir and microwave again for 10 seconds..
  21. Now take out the bowl out from microwave and give it a final stir..
  22. Take a piping bag/Ziploc bag fill it with melted white chocolate..
  23. With the help of a scissor cut the tip off the bag(make sure you only cut the very very little tip of the bag) and drizzled the melted chocolate over the marshmallow pops..
  24. Once you are done with the drizzle,transfer the tray again to fridge for 10-15 minutes to harden the white chocolate..
  25. You can store these pops in an air-tight container for few days..
